Potencia services are mostly 1:1 and delivered online unless discussed otherwise. We offer coaching, structured programs, and an accountability group service. See below for a quick overview, but check out the individual pages for details.

Traditional Coaching

1:1 sessions where you set goals, understand reality, entertain different perspectives, and creatively brainstorm how to get past obstacles.

YOLO Program

A 6-month 1:1 program where you design a life you want, set goals to get there, and work towards those goals and persist through challenges along the way. Note that part of this program includes the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program. Read more HERE.

Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program

A 2-month, app-based program focused on building strong mental fitness habits, the ability to intercept the negative voices (saboteurs) in your head, and learn to leverage the best of your mind (sage powers). Read more HERE.
