It is estimated that only 8% of people meet their New Year's resolution goals, and only 5% of people report achieving their dreams. There is a VAST gap between our intentions and our outcomes. We can name so many obstacles - inner critics, time, too many priorities, low resilience, and much more.

That's where Our Potencia comes in - we are a community of mid-career professionals who are seeking more out of life, and are willing to work for it. Whether a new career, hobby, or health habit, or finding more fulfillment out of life, this community is here to support your life transformation.

Why Launch an Online Community...in an App?

Another app?!  I know.  But hear us out – we know this approach will provide exceptional value. 

We know change and transformation are hard.  They’re miserable alone.  With Our Potencia, you are never alone.  On the app, you can share what more you want for your life; you will find many others who also feel stuck, or confused, or insecure, or depressed.  You are not alone in the struggle - we have a place to get support.

How amazing will it be to feel surrounded by like-minded people who support each other in reaching their full potential? 

Furthermore, the online community spans geographies, but we will also make sure that we organize local events that people can attend in person.  I am already exploring in New York to find a bit of a physical home for meetups.  We know that there are benefits in scale to find niches applicable to you, but also people who are near you.

Another important reason for launching the community app – we are streamlining delivery of our content, products, and services.  From now on, we are moving all Potencia-related communication to the app, which will help us better serve our clients.

In summary, we are so excited to launch the BETA version of Our Potencia – take advantage NOW while all spaces in the community are FREE.  Starting 2026, we will add some paywalls for certain programs.
